After my parents seperation my mother moved to Mt Isa with her boyfriend. I live with my father near Brisbane, another sister lives in the area, and the youngest two siblings were taken with mum (no court orders one way or the other, my father had been attempting to sort things without legal intervention)

Now we are trying to bring the children back down for a visit and would like them down again a month after that for my wedding. My mother wont be making the trip either time (her own decision) so the kids need transport alone.

They are near the airport, however, upon looking at flights QANTAS (the only airline that flies in or out of Mt Isa) know they have a monopoly on a busy airport and charge an outrageous amount for flights, the absolute cheapest being $261 one way and going all the way up to almost $500 in ecconomy class on differant days.

We aren't in a position to be able to afford this, so we are looking for other, cheaper alternatives. The only one we could find was getting them to longreach, where flights are cheaper, but that's a 7 hour drive one-way for my mother, and I doubt she will take it.

Does anyone know any other way to pull this off?

Is there a bus or train service they could use? Even one just to get them to a bigger city?

I have no idea how much it would cost but would chartering a flight be cheaper?

Too many people think of sports betting as just something they do in their past time. However, many people can see the potential that exists if you manage to have the right sports betting strategy and correct approach to betting in general. Are you sick of losing? Interested in finding out how to turn your luck around? Do you want to know which sports betting strategies stand to help you make the most from your betting?

Any good strategy should allow you to place bets based on a systematic method. Of course there is always a random element or so called luck involved, but betting is all about stacking the odds in your favor. There should be no guess work involved or bets placed based on gut feelings. Betting is a business and it should be treated like one. Any money you use for betting needs to be separate from money you use for your daily life or anything else. How can you possibly expect to follow a strategy with money that was originally set aside to pay next week's rent with? You can't. This will help you to focus on the task of betting and remove any emotional strings attached to the money.

So what makes a good strategy or what should you look for in a strategy before you decide to implement it? Any good strategy needs to have a positive expectancy. This means that in the long run you will win. The hit rate of the strategy needs to be above 50% for you to be able to profit in the long run. An ideal win rate should be between 60 to 70%, because you will need to cover the fees and other expensive associated with betting. Is it feasible to expect you'll be able to find a system that has a 100% win rate? No, it isn't. The best you can do is find a system that has a positive expectancy and stick with it. In the long run you will make more money than you can possibly lose.

If you are prepared to drive you may be able to hire a drive back Camper van or a car costing you just 1 -5 dollars a day.

Refer to the deals in the following website http://www.standbyrelocs.com/

to find the availability of these drive back vehicles costing only 1 to 5 dollars a day to hire the vehicles and depending on the urgency some companies are willing to willing to throw a reasonable amount of petrol money when you return the vehicle.

You can register your expression of interest with the Agent running this website about your available date and so that they contact you as soon as a vehicle is available.

I have used the drive back vehicles twice through this website. My kids loved their 4 days trip from Cairns to Brisbane. We had all the facilities to sleep for 6 people in the Cabin, a toilet, Shower, small kitchen, mini-fridge, and a TV, bed linen, pillows almost every thing you needed for the family.

You can find camper van sites on your way where you can park in the night. They will provide you the power so that you can run the AC as well during the night. Camper Van sites are safe and have the toilet facilities as well. They will charge about 35 to 50 dollars per night. I wouldn't recommend you to stop by the side of the road for night out.

Vehicles are in excellent condition and the agent is reliable..

Westwing fly out of Mt Isa also but I don't think they go to Brisbane. You could give them a ring on 1800 660 359 to find out where they fly to from Mt Isa. Westwing were advertising on TV that they've got flights for $49.
